Subaru Looking To Expand Appeal!

Subaru is suffering from lower auto sales in the United States due to a perception of being "cheap" or not as cost effective. Subaru models that have previously been owned can be purchased at a local Cincinnati Used Car Auctions dealership. Also, other foreign models can be purchased at a local VW Dealer. Domestic automakers like Ford have done well with their regular models which can be purchased at a local East Petersburg Ford dealership.

There were even advertisements in the 1960s used by the company to describe the brand as "cheap and ugly." The brand has always been seen as sort of quirky and cheap by the American consumer. Subaru however has continued to sell well in the United States and it wants to increase its sales with a better consumer perception and image.

Subaru will be offering better vehicle models that appeal to a consumer desire for quality and luxury. Subaru has appealed to a smaller market in the United States but the company's marketing teams hope to broaden the appeal of the company so that their target markets expand.

Some of the traditional features that Subaru models have include all-wheel drive and functional interiors. However, it is the exteriors of the Subaru models that will be modified extensively. The new Subarus will feature a modified front fascia, broader bumpers, a larger presence for the vehicle models, and simple and clean lines.

The new Impreza will be different in its design. It will feature a stronger body instead of its more traditional soft and rounded body. The new model will be stronger and bolder, but it will also feature more simple designs.

It will be interesting how the new models look. Subaru does not hope to alienate its current fans with drastic body changes. If the company tries to hard to look like competing models, it will lots its unique distinction and appeal. However, Subaru must implement certain design elements to appeal to that wider market that buys vehicles like the Accord and Camry.
