Nissan and Smart Join Forces!

Chances are pretty high that if you stop by California Used Cars you will find a wide variety of quality used cars, many of which will be hybrid models.  More and more people are trying to do their part to use less fuel, and now Nissan has partnered up with Smart USA to create a small microcar to suit American needs.  It has not been released if you can get the car from Nissan Bridegeport, Smart dealerships, or perhaps both locations.  In fact, not many details have been released about the vehicle, but you can always use a Rochester Bad Credit Auto Loan to help with financing should you decide to purchase one when they become available.

Smart is known for their iconic microcar that you still see driving around.  The little car was really popular for the first few years, but here recently the sales have gone down.  Americans want to be more green but they also want more space.  The small Smart ForTwo can only carry two passengers, and even that is a tight squeeze.  Plus, there is little to no room for cargo in the back.  While it hasn't been announced exactly when the new car will be available, buyers should start looking at dealerships towards the end of next year.

This partnership between Nissan and Smart USA will produce a four door hatchback that will satisfy American consumers’ need for space.  The entire Smart line up right now consists of only two models right now, a coupe and a convertible.  By offering more variety, the company can increase their sales and help American consumers reduce their carbon footprint.  Auto experts are not surprised that Smart chose Nissan to help re-launch their success in the U.S.  Earlier this year, Nissan and Daimler partnered up and merged their platforms, drivetrains, and engines.
