The Mini Countryman is four inches wider, six inches taller and sixteen inches longer. It has an updated infotainment system which is said to be a disguised version of the BMW iDrive System. The glass roof just breathes openness. The option at no cost for the bench seat is standard but it does have the mini center rail available. That drops the back seats to bucket seats but giving the option of cup holders in the center among other attachments. There are more toggle switches which please more consumers than buttons. The inside arrangement on the dash is intriguing with round instrumentals making it aerodynamic. Compared to the Mini, the Countryman has an overwhelming amount of more space due to the lengthening and widening of the vehicle. The rear seats can actually move forward or back, recline or fold all the way down. I like the recline in the back seat, how convenient for many different times or things.
The Mini Countryman is also in a new manufacturing facility. Instead of Oxford, England where the first Mini is assembled, the countryman will be assembled in Graz, Austria. The Mini will have some company also, the roadster and a coupe will join the rankings. So, look for the Countryman rolling on to lots soon.
