The Equus Has Arrived!

The 2011 Hyundai will be rolling out the Equus onto the dealership lots. Everyone is skeptical from the people at Hyundai to the critics. It has people wondering if this luxury vehicle will be able to hold its class and if it will last longer than the VW Phaeton? Now, Volkswagen Dealers dropped it in America then really never followed up on it. They did not attempt anything on media coverage, social or even an overabundance of internet marketing. Cincinnati Ford Dealers have the their competition, trying to push out Lincoln models. How will Hyundai cover the Equus? That is yet to be determined but with Hyundai's reputation, this will not be a sleeper.

The Hyundai Equus will be in the luxury category rated among the Lexus and Mercedes. Does it equate to those models holding rank and reputation for so long? Even those automakers have had a moment in time that they have not fulfilled their expectancy on the workmanship of their vehicles. The 4.6L V8 engine has the sporty snarl any driver could want. The Equus has 19" wheels standard and adaptive air springs, giving you the option of firmer setting for sportier or standard that is comfort oriented suspension stiffness. The Equus does handle very graceful for the weight of the vehicle, its comparable to the Mercedes S550, which weighs about the same.
There are options of four or five passenger seating, but in the five passenger seating you loose some of the amenities that the four seater can offer. Producing heated or cooled fully powered adjustable seats, more like recliners in the back. One seat even reclines and has massaging capabilities. You have your personal entertainment center with rotary dial for navigation and audio controls. Hyundai has even equipped it with a refrigerated cooler in the back for a few beverages. Hyundai has made it standard for some of the other features. This Equus has its work cut out for them in the luxury class, has room for improvements and with the Hyundai name, they will supersede all hurdles.
